This basic model of line blind valve can shorten the blinding/deblinding
time drastically comparing with typical way.
No need to take out flange bolts but to unscrew the 3~5 jack
bolt for 2 or 3 turns to swing(sliding) the blind plate

Operation
After unscrew the 3~5 jack bolts for 2 or 3 turns aroun its
body to move back their piping by use of round bar, and swing
(sliding) the blind plate in position.
Than secure the body with blind plate by retightening the
jack bolts.
